Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS within two (2) business days after your order is placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email or text with your tracking number for your order.
We offer the following shipping options for you to choose from:
Standard: 4-7 business days ($4.95 or free on orders over $75)
Shipping times are an estimate only and can be delayed by inclement weather, holidays, etc. If your order is expected to experience a significant delay we will notify you via phone or email.
Jayda Belle Boutique is not responsible for your package once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 or UPS at 1-888-742-5877 with any questions you may have while your package is in transit.
We make every attempt to validate shipping addresses however for orders that are returned to due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost
If you need to make any changes before your order has shipped, simply contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Unfortunately, orders can not be altered or canceled once they have been shipped.
We ship in the Contiguous United States only. Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time.
If you are not completely satisfied with your online order, you may return it for a refund, or exchange within seven (7) days from the date received.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Clothing items must be unworn, unaltered and in the original packaging with the tags still attached.
- All seasonal and clearance items are final sale.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt of your approved return, we will either issue a refund, or ship the item you selected in exchange.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you receive an item that is not what you ordered or appears defective, please contact us right away at email@example.com.
